Our program is built using a biopsychosocial model, meaning treatments are designed to make you physically, mentally, and socially stronger. It’s not enough to just remove drugs and alcohol, and your goal shouldn’t be to get back to who you were before addiction. We want to help make you happier.

Tree House Recovery TN Inc. is fully licensed by the Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services to operate our facility at 6030 Neighborly Ave, Nashville, TN 37209. This full license is granted in accordance with Tennessee Code Annotated Title 33, Chapter 2, Part 4, and reflects our demonstrated compliance with the Department’s rules and standards of care. Our license (No. L000000039496) authorizes us to provide outpatient alcohol and drug rehabilitation treatment and mental health services, with an effective date of January 1, 2026 and valid through December 31, 2026. Licensure means an independent state authority has verified that our program meets Tennessee’s requirements for the safe, ethical delivery of mental health and substance-use treatment — a standard we hold ourselves to every day.
